The development just isn't all that active anymore, but I managed to cram a small terrain engine into vivis. The poly count is, obviously, way off - it's actually rendering somewhere around 125,000 triangles.

Problems with the positional lighting have been corrected, so textures now work right with smooth shading. It's dark, I know. Not sure what the issue there is.

A fighter ship attacks a fleeing freighter... Ok, maybe not quite yet, but we did come up with a couple of ship models.

Support for multiple meshes. This scene is composed of the old meshes - the pyramids are placed relative to the ship. Spaceship skeletons! The fps dropped because this screenshot was taken on a slower computer

Full alpha support for transparent textures and meshes.

Lighting, preliminary support for alpha textures, and basic text rendering. You can't see the lighting very well in the first one because the textures are too dark.
